Sorana Cirstea (born on April 7, 1990 in Bucharest, Romania) is a Romanian female tennis player. She is currently at her career high ranking of No. 109, a ranking achieved on Sept 17, 2007.
In April 2007, she shocked tennis fans by coming out of relative obscurity to make the final of the Budapest Grand Prix, a Tier III event held in Budapest, Hungary as a qualifier.
She is a former ITF Junior Circuit top 10, having reached as high as #6 on June 26, 2006.
